The Art Institute of Meihua University is jointly founded by Meihua University and the Sino American Artists Association. The Art Institute of Meihua University is committed to popularizing adult art education. The teaching method is mainly in the form of online network teaching. The Academy of Arts Award of Meihua University regularly invites famous artists to hold high-quality art lectures to broaden students’ artistic vision. Communicate face to face with the master, and learn the successful experience and fighting spirit of the master. The Art School of Meihua University mainly implements free and compulsory teaching. We also welcome social donations to help poor students.

The council members of the School of Art of Meihua University include Professor Jiang Xin, Professor Yang Yi, Professor Su Dongbo, Professor Chen Deqiao and Professor Feng Zhenhua, a famous oil painter. Feng Zhenhua, a famous oil painter, is mainly responsible for the online teaching of the Art School of Meihua University and the opening of the Art Lecture Hall of Meihua University. Professor Su Dongbo is a famous Chinese American writer, president of Galaxy Media, and founder of North America Network. The Chinese community in Chicago has strong influence and popularity.

美华大学艺术学院是由美华大学与中美艺术家协会联合创办。美华大学艺术学院致力于普及成人艺术教育。教学方式主要采取在线网络授课的形式。把先进的教学理念运用到实际艺术教学之中。美华大学艺术学院是美国芝加哥地区优秀的网络教学机构。美华大学艺术学院奖定期邀请著名艺术大师举办高质量的艺术讲座开阔学员们的艺术视野。与大师面对面交流，学习艺术大师的成功经验和拼搏的精神。美华大学艺术学院主要实行免费义务教学。同时也欢迎社会捐助帮助贫困学生。

美华大学艺术学院理事会成员有：蒋新教授、杨毅教授、苏东波教授、陈德巧教授和著名油画家冯振华教授组成。美华大学校长（法人代表）蒋新教授是著名的IT行业专家教授。蒋新教授主要讲授IT计算机技术和微电子电路方面的课程。

中美艺术家协会会长（著名油画家）冯振华主要负责美华大学艺术学院的网络教学工作，以及开办美华大学艺术大讲堂。中美艺术家协会副会长苏东波教授是美籍华裔著名作家，银河传媒公司总裁，也是北美网的创办人。在芝加哥地区华人社区具有较强的影响力和知名度。苏东波教授讲讲授新闻媒体创作和传媒等方面的课程。

美华大学，是一所以华人为主导的，在美国创办的，民间的，以科研,教育和文化交流为目标的非赢性大学。美华大学于2020年7月2日在美国伊利诺州正式注册成立。

美华大学理事会第一次会议于2020年7月18日召开。美华大学理事会由四位创校理事组成。四位创校理事：蒋新、杨毅、苏东波和陈德巧共同出席了会议。会议按照会前拟定的会议计划和程序进行。各位理事畅所欲言，各自表达和阐述了创建美华大学的意义、设想和发展方向，并就师资、科研人才资源和学生来源等问题进行了分析和探讨，交流了思想，达成了共识。会议对美华大学的近期和长远规划进行了讨论。

美华大学在建校初期将主要通过网络平台开展教学和科研活动。网页设计和网络教学平台的建设将是美华大学目前的首要任务。

Meihua University is a not-for-profit institute for the purpose of scientific research, education, and culture exchange.

Meihua university phase one will open School of Chinese Language, school of Computer Science and Information Systems, school of Chinese Taijie, and Institute of China-US Relationship Study.
